good equipment weights selection price increase shady staff
The gym had a good selection of equipment. It featured treadmills and weights.
The price has increased a lot. I think some of the staff are now a bit shady in trying to get more money. The early check-in offer was unnecessary and seemed like a trick.

the location is very convenient, close to many attractions. i found taxis readily available right outside the hotel entrance. a convenience store downstairs offered quick access to essentials , which was very practical.
the tv selection lacked english channels.

free shuttle service convenient location excellent service
i found the location convenient with the free shuttle service. the supermarket inside was also very useful (saved me a few trips out). the staff offered excellent service. (i was impressed by their helpfulness!)

I found the location very convenient to access nearby attractions. The hotel store offered a fantastic selection of products available at any time. the gym included cardio and strength equipment, it was convenient for workouts.
the elevator music repeats, it can be a bit monotonous.

the hotel room was cleaned daily around noon, new complimentary water was provided. a mini fridge and kettle were useful additions and a television offered entertainment. the room was really spacious.

a company named travel saga is stationed within the hotel, this offers tourist experiences. riany dian was helpful and knowledgeable, she ensured that i got to destinations safely. this type of service is GREAT.

The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the mall. The lobby provides ample space to work or relax with friends. The staff impressed me, and they were ready to help at all times. There is also a convenient supermarket open 24 hours for any needs.
